SMPC invites our community into a depth of knowledge about God and relationship with God through study, prayer, worship, and meaningful connection with peers across generations. One of the ways we do this is through adult studies and groups.

The ongoing groups listed below are always open to new members, and we often have short-term studies as well. Our Director of Spiritual Formation would be delighted to have a conversation to help you discover what group might fit you best!

SUNDAY MORNING CLASSES

The Gospel of Mark Study
SUNDAY - 9:00AM

Join us this fall as we walk through the Bible’s earliest source for the life of Jesus – the Gospel of Mark. We will follow scholar Amy-Jill Levine as she examines John the Baptizer, the Little Apocalypse, the Transfiguration, and several of Jesus's most notable stories and parables.

This six-week study, led by Melissa White and Rebecca Guzman, will meet Sundays beginning September 10 at 9:00 a.m. in the McQueen Room.

Please sign up on Realm. Contact: Rebecca Guzman, [email protected].
