- Storybook Connection
Read I Am Enough by Grace Byers or listen to it here. This story reminds us that God created each of us on purpose and for a purpose. We are enough to make a difference, and others are, too. When we use the gifts God has given us to show love, we help the world see what God’s kingdom looks like (credit: Hezron Thumbi for Storypath). - Craft: Kingdom Glasses
Make “Kingdom Glasses” from pipe cleaners or paper and decorate them with bright colors and symbols of God’s love. Wear them around your home, neighborhood, school, or church to look for ways God’s kingdom is already growing. God’s kingdom grows through kindness, sharing, welcome, and beauty. - Game: Kingdom Builders Relay
Work together to build something that shows God’s love, like a playground, a food pantry, or a welcoming home, using blocks, cups, or any safe household items. Every person contributes something, because each one of us helps make God’s kingdom visible in our world.
- Wonder Together
I wonder what God’s kingdom looks like. How do people act? Who is there? - I wonder how people can see God’s kingdom in us.
- I wonder what special purpose God might be inviting each one of us into.
- I wonder how we can help others see God’s love each day.
