Steve Stevenson, facility administrator, is responsible for maintenance and security on the SMPC campus, including the buildings, parking lot, and ballfield, and for maintaining the Church calendar and scheduling events. Steve’s handiness, incredible work ethic, calm demeanor, and professionalism make him our resident superhero. Lucky for us, he still calls the people he works with the best part of his job (coming in at a close second is the proximity of the church to his home!).

A native of Charlotte, Steve attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Steve and his wife, Patty, have one son, Rob, a daughter, Melissa, and five grandchildren: Riley, Adalyn, Callen, Harper, and Kenna. In his free time, Steve continues to serve others–he is actively involved with the Boy Scouts of America and can often be found helping the church’s two troops: Troop 119 and Troop 219.
