Adult Study: Bible 101

Where do you even start with the Bible? Why are there so many different books? What’s the difference between the Old and New Testaments? And how are we supposed to read a collection of writings that are thousands of years old? Bible 101 is designed for people who want the basics. Over two Sundays, we’ll take a very introductory look at how the Bible is put together, the different kinds of writing found in it, and some simple tools that can help you read and understand Scripture with more confidence. There is absolutely no expectation that you already know your way around the Bible—in fact, this class is especially for people who don’t! Rebecca Guzman will lead Bible 101 on November 1 and 8 at 9:00 a.m. in the McQueen Room. Come with your questions.
