Seen Around Church: Week of April 20, 2025
April 22, 2025Church Family Moment for Sunday, May 4, 2025
April 30, 2025Look for the Helpers!
It was Officer Nate Bryan’s first time working at SMPC on Sunday, April 27, but that didn’t stop him from immediately coming to the rescue! He changed a flat tire in the parking lot for one grateful member!! Thank you, Officer Bryan!
Meanwhile, Dave Gaines, serving as Elder of the Day, witnessed this quiet act of kindness firsthand. We’re so grateful for helpers like Officer Bryan, who show up, step in, and serve—no matter where they are.

Springtime Fellowship: Lemonade on the Lawn
There’s something special about a beautiful spring morning—especially when it’s spent in community. This past Sunday at church, we soaked up the sunshine, the joy of fellowship, and the refreshing taste of lemonade and yummy cookies!
Moments like these remind us that church isn’t just about what happens inside the sanctuary, but also the relationships we build together outside of it. We’re so grateful for this season of new life and renewed community—and we hope you’ll join us next Sunday as we continue to enjoy the gifts of spring together!

SMPC Youth Share a Fun and Meaningful Sunday
This past Sunday Confirmands Katie P. and Alex E. shared their thoughtful and heartfelt Presentations of Faith with Session! Don’t forget we will celebrate our Class of 2025 Confirmands on Sunday, May 11 during 10:10 a.m. worship.
That evening, our youth met up for miniature golf and snow cones. From fun and fellowship to meaningful milestones, it was an amazing Sunday all around!
