July 28, 2026What a Week!
VBS and Mission Possible were amazing last week! During VBS, our children learned that we can do all things through Christ, who gives us strength. They were BUSY all week with Bible stories, crafts, games, science experiments, snacks, outdoor time and so much more.
Our fifth and sixth graders spent the week growing in their faith through Bible study, fun, and fellowship while putting their faith into action by loving and serving our neighbors in our community! They went school supply shopping for students in need at our partner schools, Smithfield and Sterling Elementary, helped sort and unpack clothing donations at Crisis Assistance Ministry, made and delivered bookmarks and donated books to Promising Pages and learned more about their mission and ministry, and helped sort canned goods and pack them up into bins at Ballantyne Families Helping Neighbors in Need that is located at Community House Middle School.
It was so much fun to have the campus alive with the sounds of children and youth all week! Thank you to to the adult and youth volunteers who served and the 131 participants!!
