1. Listen to this song. Maybe you will sing along. Compare the lyrics of the song to the scriptures for today. What’s similar? What’s different?
2. Go outside and look for a vine. What can looking at the vine teach you about this scripture passage?
3. Print a color this page that illustrates our verse. In each of the leaves, write or draw the names of people who are part of your faith story. Put your name on a leaf too! For example, perhaps your parents, mentors, church friends, and others. What does it mean that Jesus is the vine and we are the branches?
4. Check out a word search, decoder, and coloring page for the passage. If you are worshiping in person, some of these are on the worship cart!
5. Journal, considering the following:
   1. What stood out for you in this story?
   2. Who is the vine in the story? Who are the branches?
   3. Who is on your vine?
   4. What does it mean to “abide” in Jesus?
