The SMPC Preschool playground is looking fresh and ready for little ones! This week, a thick layer of new mulch was added to the play area, providing a safe, soft surface for our preschoolers to enjoy.
The timing couldn’t be better — students arrive the week after Labor Day, and the playground will be ready to welcome them! We can’t wait!

Baking with Love for Center of Hope
When Debbie Stenvall’s granddaughter, Hannah, comes to visit, one of their favorite activities is baking cupcakes together. Recently, Debbie suggested they put their baking skills to work for a good cause — the Center of Hope.
Hannah jumped right in, helping bake a batch of cupcakes that they delivered together Sunday morning. The smile on her face said it all as she proudly donated the sweet treats.
Afterward, Hannah asked if they could bake for the Center of Hope “every day!” Her enthusiasm is a sweet reminder that even small acts of kindness can spark joy — both for those who give and those who receive.

Exciting Progress on Our New Campus Signage
Part one of our new campus signage is officially in place! Despite a few rain delays, the first signs were installed this week.
These new signs are just the beginning. Once the ground has a chance to dry, we’ll see the arrival of our main monument sign and updated directional signs to help guide visitors around campus.
We are thrilled to see this project taking shape and can’t wait to share the finished look with you soon. Stay tuned for more updates as our signage transformation continues!
Campus Trees Get a Fresh Trim
If you’ve been by the SMPC campus the last couple of weeks, you may have noticed our trees and bushes looking especially neat and tidy. Crews have been hard at work trimming bushes, raising the canopies of trees, and sprucing up our green spaces – they’ve even worked through the rain!
These improvements not only enhance the beauty of our campus but also help keep our grounds safe and welcoming for everyone!
