Lemonade and Cookies Get Some Fancy New Wheels

Sunday’s lemonade and cookies have a new cart! Everyone is always welcome after worship for lemonade and cookies in Coffee Grounds just outside of the sanctuary. Note: this Sunday we’ll have hot cider and cookies after our fun Bible trivia!

SMPC Celebrates Advent Season with Music and Live Nativity

We joyfully celebrated the Advent season on Sunday evening, December 10, during A Festival of Carols. Our Music Ministry, including the Chancel Choir, Chancel Ringers, Jubilate (Youth) Choir, and Hosanna and Alleluia (Children) Choirs, were joined by a chamber orchestra and children’s nativity to tell the story of the birth of Jesus through a combination of scripture and poetry readings and music. It was an extraordinary night!

The night would not have been possible without the leadership, talent, passion and dedication of Director of Music and Organist Zach Bowyer and Director of Spiritual Formation Rebecca Guzman. A huge thank you also goes to our tireless adult volunteers!
