SMPC Middle Schoolers Reflect on Massanetta Middle School Conference 2025
July 2, 2025💜 Massanetta 2025: Wholly Loved 💜
This June, 22 of our middle schoolers journeyed to Massanetta Springs for a week filled with laughter, music, community, and faith. Centered on the theme “Wholly Loved” from 1 John 4, they explored what it means to be fully known and deeply loved by God—and how to share that love with others. From energizers and small groups to late-night laughs and meaningful moments, our youth experienced the joy of growing closer to God and each other. Thank you to our five brave, lively, fun, energetic, and nurturing adult chaperones and staff, including Denise Davis, Rebecca Guzman, Sharon Mitchell, Courtney Ritchie, and Rev. Lindsey Odom! Calling All Summer Organ Sidekicks!
This cutie, Caroline, was our Summer Organ Sidekick last week! What a joy it is to witness children taking a front-row seat and learning what it’s like to lead worship through music on Sunday mornings.

Lower Entrance Widening Complete — and We’re Lined Up and Ready to Go!
We’re thrilled to share that the widening of the lower entrance is officially complete! The fresh asphalt is down, and (perhaps most exciting of all)… the lines are painted! The SMPC staff may or may not have *squealed with delight* when we came to work this week.
This project improves traffic flow and creates a safer, more welcoming entry point to our campus — a big win for everyone!
Keep an eye out later this summer for the installation of brand-new campus signage! It’s another exciting step forward as we continue investing in our church home.
